All rates based on double occupancy (2 people). $20 per extra guest (kids 16 and under free) up to maximum room occupancy.
Room 501 and 502 are pet (dog) friendly. Both rooms have one queen bed and garden courtyard. $20/night pet fee.
Weekly Rates
Stay a week and get the 7th night free on any room, any season! Must call the Lodge to get this special, cannot be booked on-line. Not valid with any other discount or special.
Policies:
Deposit Policy - A 50% deposit due upon reservation. Credit cards preferred. The remaining balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days or less of arrival date requires full payment at the time of reservation. Also, 1 and 2 day reservations require full payment.
A 10% sales tax will be added to your reservation total.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club accepted.
Discount – 10% with AAA Membership. Must show membership card.
Cancellation/Reschedule - 30 or more days notice required for a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of arrival is non-refundable. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Guard insurance to protect you from any unforeseen emergency.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
Per the Town of Aspen, smoking is prohibited in all facilities and 20 feet
from any building.
Required Minimum Stay
During Peak Periods including Holidays and Festivals a minimum night stay may
be required.
Fourth of July - 3 night minimum
Food and Wine Festival - 3 night minimum
X-Games - 4 night minimum
